When you make your airport transfer booking, you’ll supply us with your flight number and arrival time. We track your flight in “real-time” so that whether your plane is on time, early or late, we are aware of your flight status and will meet you based on your actual arrival time at the airport arrival lounge (arrival hall).
Your driver will be already at the airport 15 minutes prior to your flight arrival and will wait for you in the arrival lounge holding a visible board with your name printed on it, approach him and he will lead you to your waiting car and drive you to your hotels/villas.
After the ride you will pay your driver directly. Euros, Dollars, Mauritian Rupees and British pounds are accepted.
Note that we do not charge any deposit
(If you booked for a 2 way airport transfer, you pay only for the arrival ride after your drop off, there is no advanced payment for your departure transfer.
For your departure transfer you pay on the same day when you are leaving your hotel, after your departure ride with your driver).
We can accept payment in cash only, of any currency, Euros, Dollars, pounds and Mauritian Rupees.
Your given price includes taxes, tolls,and fees,and it is the total amount due.
Baby seats are included based on your needs, and we provide these free of charge.
Note: Do request us for baby seats in your booking.
If your flight is delayed by more than 5 hours, send us an email so that we keep our driver updated about your flight’s exact arrival time and he will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight does arrive—all at no extra charge. Or if your flight is cancelled do inform us for rescheduling.
A dedicated car with the capacity to accommodate your crew and luggage will be provided based on your details and the amount of individuals accompanying you
Your driver will help you with your luggage and deposit it once you reach your destination.
Prices for all our services are quoted per vehicle not per person.
